Tawi-Tawi, a region in Southwestern Sulu Archipelago, the Philippines which is located in between the Celebes Sea and the Sulu Sea; the prelude to the initial phase of infrastructure. Sultanate of Sulu decided to begin from Tawi-Tawi which is a large transhipment port terminal then will be regarded as Tawi-Tawi, the Next Singapore.
